You cannot enter my.sinclair.edu because the Internet Browser you are using is an unsupported browser.

Steps Required to Enter my.Sinclair.edu:

To enter my.Sinclair.edu, you must be using one of the supported Internet browsers listed below. It is your choice as to which one you will use. All have been tested and will work with Sinclair’s web sites. To download and install a supported browser, follow the steps below:

  1. Choose one of the supported browsers listed below and click on the link below a browser’s name. NOTE: All of the browser listed below have been tested and will work with Sinclair’s web sites.
  2. You will be taken to the browser’s website where you can download the software.
  3. Follow the download and installation instructions listed on the browser’s website.
  4. After installing a supported browser, open the browser program and login in again to my.Sinclair.edu.

Opera 7.4 is supported. Opera 8.X and above is not yet supported  

NOTE FOR AOL USERS:

AOL’s web browser is not compatible with the Single Sign-On feature used in my.Sinclair. A solution is to use Internet Explorer (IE)5.5 + with AOL. Connect to the Internet with AOL as you would normally, minimize your AOL window, and then open the IE program. Use the IE program window to login into my.Sinclair. If you don’t have the correct version of IE installed, click on the link for IE listed in the chart above to download and install the IE program.
